individual needs for these special purchases.
WHAT IS A FINE ART LIMITED EDITION PRINT?
A fine art limited edition print differs from a mass produced print
(such as the art in Mr. Winkle calendars and books) in several ways:
1. Fine art prints are in limited editions, thereby increasing their
value in the present
and over time. For example, if the number in the edition is 24, that
means only 24 prints of that image will ever be in existence, often
making them sought after by serious collectors. The lower the edition
the more valuable the print. But many people collect simply for the
love of the work. Prints from the Mr. Winkle fine art collection are
in editions of either 12, 16, or 24, depending on the image and its
size. (See "Price List" section for more specific
2. True fine art images, including ours, are printed with the highest
quality archival papers and inks available. They will last much longer
than mass produced images well beyond a lifetime if you keep them
out of direct sunlight and damp environments.
3. Fine art prints are signed by the artist, with notice of
authenticity and edition number.
4. The last distinction is less concrete and more open to
interpretation, but equally important. There is often a feel to a fine
art photograph in terms of its style and execution that distinguishes
it from a more commercial image. Fine art photographs are often
deeper, more personal expressions of what the artist's feels about his
or her subject, and usually less concerned with its commercial appeal.
This often results in work that is the most timeless, rare and sacred
to both the artist and collector. Mr. Winkle fine art prints are no
exception. They are the artist's most personal and heartfelt
expression of her beloved muse Mr.Winkle, and more closely related to
her interpretive fine art/documentary work. To learn more on this

IS MATTING AND FRAMING INCLUDED IN THE COST?
We can mat and frame any print for an additional $130.00 below
actual costs for this service, using museum quality archival white
fiber boards with black wood frames. ***** The matting and framing
add 5 inches on each side of the print, so measure your wall space
carefully. If your print is 22 inches square for example, your final
matted and framed piece will be 32 inches square.
WHAT SIZES ARE THE PRINTS AVAILABLE IN?
There are two standard sizes available if you order online. (If you
want a custom size it is necessary to order by phone.) The large size
for all the square formatted images is 22" x 22" The small size will
always be roughly half the large size; in this case, 11" x 11" The
rectangular images vary a little more in their standard sizes, but are
roughly 15" x 23" for the large size, and 7.5" x 11.5" for the small
size. Once again, keep in mind that matting and framing add about five
inches on each side of the print.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A LESS EXPENSIVE PRINT NOT INCLUDED IN THE
FINE ART COLLECTION - LIKE ONE OF MY FAVORITE PHOTOS FROM THE MR.
Yes, but you must call to special order by phone, These prints will
have the same archival quality and be signed by the artist, but their
editions are not limited. Prices are therefore lower, starting at
$150.00, depending on the size of the image and other considerations.
Framing and matting rates will be roughly the same. Call 626 398 1275
for further inquiries.
